About the Space
This gorgeous tower was built in 1976 and has continued to stand as a model of modern technology and sophistication. At 38 stories, the building includes such noteworthy tenants as AON, J.P. Morgan and U.S. Bank.9OFS features a rentable area of over 1.1 million square feet and a two-story underground parking garage. The rooftop includes a massive terrace garden and reflection pool surrounded by beautiful spotlighted trees. The gallery and reception areas are located just inside, giving the space a distinguished indoor/outdoor flexibility. Past the elevator lobby and catering area is the indoor loft, which provides shelter from the elements and a small rooftop courtyard (giving 9OFS even more flexible space accommodations).Events Typically Hosted at 9OFS
